Kevin Jackson Defensive End #11 (Hawaii, 34, 193cm, 108kg) Regarded as a pioneer among American players in Japan. After playing at Hawaii University, he was invited to the Green Bay Packers mini-camp.
He made his X-League debut with the Seagulls in 2005 and established himself as the premier pass rusher in the league. He has been selected to the All X-League Team for a record 10 consecutive years.
Byron Beatty Jr. Defensive End #23 (Colorado, 27, 189cm, 109kg) Has taken the league by storm with his hard hits and aggressiveness. An outside linebacker at Colorado University, he was a two-time All Big 12 selection.
He joined the Seagulls in 2012 and earned All X-League honors in 2013. In 2015, he served as captain of the victorious United States team at the World Championship. He is the nephew of former NFL player Chris Naeole.
Kealakai Maiava Offensive Tackle #51 (UCLA, 25, 186cm, 134kg) The symbol of the unbridled power of the Seagulls offense. He played one year at Colorado University, where he was named a Freshman All-American. He transferred to UCLA, where he became a starter and served as co-captain.
He joined the Seagulls in 2013 and was named Rookie of the Year and All X-League that year. His older brother Kaluka played in the NFL from 2009 to 2014.
Jerry Neuheisel Quarterback #15 (UCLA, 24, 185cm, 90kg) Began first season in Japan as the first American QB in the Seagulls history. The Los Angeles native appeared in eight games for UCLA as a backup quarterback.
His career highlight came when he came off bench to throw two touchdown passes and rally the Bruins to 20-17 victory over Texas in 2014. Was 2013 All-Pac 12 Academic first team selection. His father Rick Neuheisel is a former head coach at Colorado, Washington and UCLA.
